Oppo Find X10 Ultra: Insights into Its Telephoto Camera Options
According to a recent leak from Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the much-anticipated Oppo Find X10 Ultra is currently undergoing tests that involve two options for its second telephoto camera, designed to provide an impressive 10x optical zoom. Oppo is deliberating between two sensors, both boasting a robust 50MP capability and a similar size of 1/1.95″.
The contenders for this advanced telephoto feature are Samsung’s ISOCELL GNB and OmniVision’s OV51A. Both sensors come equipped with telephoto macro capabilities, though the exact distinctions between the two remain unclear at this stage. As of now, Oppo has not reached a decision on which sensor will be incorporated into the final design, but on paper, both options are highly promising.

Previous Rumors and Expectations
Further rumors surrounding the Oppo Find X10 Ultra indicate that it will also feature a 200MP telephoto camera, potentially utilizing either a 1/1.3″ or a 1/1.12″ type sensor, catering to users who seek superior closer zoom capabilities. Thus, for both telephoto configurations, Oppo is leaning towards two sensor options, allowing for remarkable versatility.
In comparison, the existing Oppo Find X9 Ultra, launched in April and available in May, comes with a 200MP telephoto camera that offers 3x optical zoom through a 1/1.28″ type sensor, as well as a 50MP camera designed for 10x optical zoom, utilizing a smaller 1/2.75″ type sensor. Given that the X9 Ultra was unveiled earlier this year, enthusiasts can expect the Find X10 Ultra to debut in the not-so-distant future, with news likely to surface as development progresses.
