Introducing the Vivo X300 Series

The X300 series includes the standard X300 and the premium X300 Pro, both now official for the Chinese market. The Pro model resembles a traditional flagship—boasting a larger form factor—while the X300 features a compact 6.31-inch screen. Both devices are powered by the advanced Dimensity 9500 SoC, ensuring robust performance and efficient battery usage.

The vivo X300 lineup also packs larger batteries and runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

In terms of pricing, the X300 starts at CNY 4,399 (approximately $620) for the 12GB/256GB variant, while the X300 Pro comes at CNY 5,299 (around $745) for the same configuration. Both models are set to see global availability soon, attracting international attention.

Competitive Landscape: Oppo and Motorola Releases

Vivo isn’t the only player making headlines this week. Oppo launched the Find X9 series, which features the X9 and X9 Pro—both equipped with the Dimensity 9500 SoC. The X9 and X9 Pro pack substantial batteries, exceeding 7,000mAh—7,025mAh for the X9 and 7,500mAh for the Pro model—making them formidable contenders for all-day usage.
