Belkin Unveils Innovative Power Bank at IFA 2026
Look beyond the ludicrously long name and you’ll find some seriously clever tech inside Belkin’s new UltraCharge Pro Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5K Qi2 15W with BoostSolid Cell. This power bank marks the company’s first foray into semi-solid state battery technology, offering a safer and more compact alternative to traditional lithium-ion batteries.
Standout Features of the UltraCharge Pro
During this year’s IFA show, Belkin introduced a lineup of innovative products, with the UltraCharge Pro taking center stage among smart trackers, noise-cancelling headphones, and display-equipped backup batteries. With a sleek profile of only 8.8mm thick and comparable in size to a credit card, the UltraCharge Pro is approximately 40% slimmer than competing power banks with similar capacity.
The inclusion of a gel-like layer in its battery cells enhances its resistance to thermal runaway—a critical concern for electronics manufacturers. According to Belkin, this advancement provides the UltraCharge Pro with three times the lifespan of typical power banks.
Specifications and Availability
With a capacity of 5,000mAh, this power bank can deliver energy up to 20W via USB-C or 15W wirelessly. Qi2 magnets allow it to securely attach to devices like the iPhone or Google Pixel, as long as they are in compatible magnetic cases.
The UltraCharge Pro will be available in Black and Sand colors, featuring a metal casing and a soft-touch finish, priced at $65/£60/€65. Consumers can purchase it directly from Belkin, Amazon, and other major retailers later this month.
Additional Power Bank Options
For those needing even more power, Belkin will also release the UltraCharge Pro 10K 60W with BoostSolid Cell and Display. This variant ups the capacity to 10,000mAh while remaining 27% slimmer than standard 10K power banks. The UltraCharge Pro 10K features a 60W USB-C Power Delivery port capable of charging an iPhone 17 Pro to 50% in less than half an hour.
Along with a second USB-C port and a USB-A port for multi-device refueling, this model also includes an integrated display showcasing real-time battery percentage and charging speed. Just like its counterpart, it arrives in Black and Sand colors and is priced at $80/£60/€80.
Smart Tracking Solutions for the Forgetful
Additionally, Belkin’s new SureFind collection targets those prone to misplacing items. This versatile series of smart trackers includes a range of designs to help keep tabs on anything from keys to luggage. Each tracker is compatible with both Apple Find My and Google Find Hub, catering to users across different platforms.
Among the trackers, the SureFind Spot priced at $15/£20/€30 is designed to clip onto keys and seamlessly fit into luggage. The SureFind Card, which costs $27/£29/€39, can be discreetly stowed away in wallets or purses while its IP68 rating ensures it remains operational even if submerged in water.
The SureFind Loop Cable Tag has a dual function as both a tracker and USB-C charging cable, with a price tag of $25. Meanwhile, the SureFind Wallet Stand, priced at $40, integrates location tracking with a card holder and can serve as a smartphone stand. The latter is anticipated to launch in October.
Expanding the SoundForm Lineup
Lastly, the Belkin SoundForm audio lineup is set for expansion with three new models: the SoundForm Isolate Buds, SoundForm Dot, and SoundForm Play ANC. The SoundForm Isolate Buds feature active noise cancelling, up to 32 hours of battery life, and come with a compact charging case, placing them at the forefront of affordable audio solutions.
These earbuds are rated IPX5 for sweat resistance and include multipoint Bluetooth for pairing with two devices simultaneously. Consumers will find this model priced at $60/£40/€50. For those who don’t need ANC, the SoundForm Dot offers a fantastic value at $35/£20/€35 while still providing over 30 hours of battery life.
Finally, the SoundForm Play ANC, designed for younger listeners, boasts an 85dB volume limiter mode. With a runtime of up to 45 hours with noise cancelling, these over-ear headphones are foldable, support wired listening via a 3.5mm cable, and include a built-in mic for calls. They retail for $50/£40/€45 and will be available this month.
