The OPPO Watch X3 has officially made its debut alongside the OPPO Find N6 in China, raising excitement among tech enthusiasts. While details on its global launch remain under wraps, the smartwatch showcases impressive features that reflect OPPO’s latest innovations.
The OPPO Watch X3 is official and it looks similar to the OnePlus Watch 3
Visually, the OPPO Watch X3 boasts a sleek round display accompanied by two side buttons, reminiscent of the OnePlus Watch 3. The top-right button serves as a rotating crown, enhancing usability. Meanwhile, the bottom-right button is customizable, allowing users to tailor their experience. The watch is designed with standard lugs, ensuring compatibility with any 22mm watch band, should the official band not suit your taste.
In terms of compatibility, the watch supports Android 10 and later, as well as iOS 14 or newer, and comes pre-loaded with ColorOS Watch 16. One striking aspect of the design is its titanium case, offering a blend of durability and style. Currently, several color options are available, at least within the Chinese market.
It has a great LTPO OLED display
The watch features a vibrant 1.5-inch LTPO OLED display shielded by sapphire glass, with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. One of the standout specifications is its peak brightness of 3,000 nits, a remarkable feature for a smartwatch, ensuring visibility in various lighting conditions.
Powered by a 646mAh battery, the OPPO Watch X3 supports fast charging via the included 7.5W charger, reaching full charge in approximately 75 minutes through a magnetic connection. Users can expect a battery life of about five days under normal use, or around three days with more intensive usage. This performance aligns closely with the capabilities of its OnePlus counterpart.
At its core, the watch is driven by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 chip and incorporates Bluetooth 5.2 technology. Additionally, the OPPO Watch X3 supports eSIM functionality, allowing for 4G connectivity, ensuring users stay connected even without a smartphone nearby.
There are a ton of health and sports features included
The OPPO Watch X3 isn’t just about aesthetics; it also packs a wealth of health and fitness tracking features. Noteworthy is its capability for blood pressure testing and a unique 60-second physical examination feature, which measures 14 indicators across three different scenarios.
Additional functionalities include wrist temperature measurement, blood oxygen monitoring, and comprehensive sleep tracking, which encompasses sleep quality assessments and even sleep apnea evaluations. For fitness enthusiasts, the watch offers more than 100 sports modes and includes an AI sports coach feature, further enhancing its utility.
It comes in three different options
The OPPO Watch X3 is available in three captivating color choices: Universe Star Orange, Gravitational Black, and Unlimited Titanium. The pre-sale price in China is set at CNY2,799 (approximately $402). If the watch becomes available in additional markets, pricing may vary.
