durable, well made, but much heavier than you might expect
The magnetic attachment is sufficient for even some rough handling but unless your uniform is very stiff fabric the weight of the two sides plus your body cam will drag the uniform far out of shape. Works well on cold or rainy weather coats but still has a tendency to pull the camera forward and slightly leaning down. It is not unusable footage for a tall user but might lean enough to cut off heads in the footage for those of shorter size.

This thing is perfect. My Reveal body camera gator clip fits snugly in the slot, the magnets so far seem to be strong and secure. I slide the inside piece into my vest over the trauma plate and the outside piece snaps on and holds tight with the three magnets. Finally no more clipping my bodycam to my shirt, no more wiggly shaky footage and hopefully no more falling off when dealing with someone who’s actively resisting.This unit also works as a shirt stay, helping to keep my uniform shirt from bunching and riding up since I am in and out of my cruiser all night

A good solution for keeping your body camera mounted and not crashing onto the ground. I would also invest in Velcro and adding some if you wear player carrier with hooks for Velcro to add that extra strength to it.

Not For People With any Stomach Curve
Don’t get me wrong. The magnets and how sturdy the clip actually is is incredible however if you have a curvy structure you will notice that the clip will force your camera to point up.I sadly had to find this out the hard way when recording footage and all I saw was the sky.
