Worst ever.
This is the worst phone I have ever owned. It does not work good at all. I wish I would have known that before the return date ended. I don’t like given gifts, and they are terrible. I would have sent it back. If I could give zero stars I would. Speed is really bad and lags, phone is heavy and battery sucks but not as much as over all quality. And don’t have unlock features that are up to date.

You get what you pay for with this one!
There are so many things wrong with this cheap cell phone but I’m only going to mention a few that lead me to writing this review. The battery life is definitely not 20 hours it needs to be recharged about every 2 hours. When the battery gets down to 30% the phones performance is extremely poor. The do not distur and airplane mode turn on randomly but frequently so if you are expecting a important phone call or text and your phone stays silent all day that’s why . Think twice before buying this p o s phone. Save your money and frustration. I wish I would have made a better choice but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a replacement phone but I have learned a lesson you get what you pay for I want to cheap and I got cheap. Live and learn and don’t make the same mistake twice and read reviews they really help!

The phone is fine. I like it a lot. This now is my third Umidigi phone. There is one real problem that again is now affecting me. The USB C input connector on the phone after awhile degrades and breaks. I have had this phone for about seven months and the C connector is not staying connected. The input on the phone plastic guide that on other brands and products has never been an issue before. For me this is the biggest issue for me regarding this phone.It took three weeks last summer to get a replacement because they did not believe I sent it in. So I gave them the tracking info and proved I sent it but I doubt they ever looked or noted the issues with the USB connector. Now soon within a few weeks I surmise from my history with the two phones preceeding this one suggests I will be waiting and waiting again for a phone that works. For me If they dont just immediately replace it [ after all it is the THIRD damn phone with the same problem that no other device I own has ever had a difficulty with….] It was so frustrating that they did not even look to see if it had arrived and demanded I prove it. Fine but how about after a day or two past the tracking due date maybe you could take some responsibility and look for the defective item you sold me and I now have to wait on Umidigi again. This issue needs to be fixed and those like me affected by it through more than one product should receive a upgraded phone that does not have this issue. Do that and I would agree to paste a review that would in most cases minus the c connector of course would make the review a good review. Will this third phone be my last phone from Umidigi?.
