    Perfectly Fine
Works great. Only upgraded because the OS on my S9 was “outdated” LOVE the camera! Although the quality on the zoom still isn’t the best, but that is hardly a complaint. Was a little disappointed that many of the notification/call sounds were not on it, but I found an app and now I have all my old ringtones and stuff. Pretty good deal at under $500, was going to get the S24 but I cannot justify spending more than $500 for a phone, let alone nearly $1k… No issues with it yet, but I’m less than 4 weeks in on this phone! Will update in the future if something negative rears its head! I see a lot of reviews that say their phones came scratched or damaged or without a charging block/cord, but I did NOT have ANY of these issues!!

    Great overall
The phone is brand new therefore good quality. You just have to update the software to make it smoother. The battery life is great too!

Its quite different than my old S8 so I am still getting acquainted with it. I like its overall size to fit in my pocket.

for the price it blows any other phone out of the water the new snapdragon processor is actually insanely fast, build quality is great feels a lot like an iphone with samsung version of androidthe camera is really top notch and mostly the reason i upgraded due to my phone having such a bad camera i couldn’t get QR codes from cars to get the RPO codes for alignments on the newer ones.*edit* another pro i basically throw on accident this phone on concrete sidewalk screen down not even a crack on the front rear did crack a little.- cons i wish is was 6.6 or 6.8in like my previous phone took a bit to get usedthe screen kinda pokes in between your finger and thumb areaand of course samsung bloatware.

Still getting used to it. I delayed setting it up as I knew I would be needing to reset so many things. Why do they have to have buttons on and phone swiping on the other side? Like many upgrades by many companies to make things seem novel they put things in opposite positions. So S8 everything on the left S24 all on the right. So retraining my muscle memory at this time. Which has resulted in me accidentally hanging up on calls as well.I upgraded from an S8 which I did really like. But the battery is not great. I have a few basic apps on here. And the battery doesn’t last as long as I would like. Been using the phone for the last 1 1/2 hours. Using google photos, listening to a podcast and now on here doing a review. And already at 85%. I am certain past phone batteries have lasted longer. On of my motivators was the camera. Which is excellent if your lighting is good. I take a lot of nature photos and it’s great for that so far.But once again, if the lighting isn’t perfect a selfie with my son isn’t very good indoors and as a result spotted photos. I haven’t been able to fool with the settings to improve the quality. So we will see but I have my doubts. As past phone wouldn’t adjust to inbetween lighting either. It had to be either dark or light indoors nothing in between.

Not the most impressive thing. Battery life is meh at best and bad at worst, even on power saving mode it barely lasts a day. I really don’t care about the camera which seems to be a huge focus of smartphone companies these days for whatever reason, but camera is good, worse than an iphone still. performance is decent, though it overheats quickly when playing highly demanding games and becomes quite uncomfortable to hold. Brightness is alright, but nothing spectacular, still hard to see under full sunlight. UI is ok nothing special, I wish I could rename apps, there are a few quirks here and there, but no bugs, overall solid. Doesn’t come with a charging brick so fast charging is only as good as your current brick, no headphone jack of course which is annoying. Face recognition is very hit and miss to the point where I don’t really get to use it most of the time since finger print is always a quicker option, but it’snot as fast as it gets in that department either. Size is bigger than I’d like it to be, but to each their own.Honestly, I expected a lot more from this phone compared to the asus zenfone 8 that I replaced with it after it died 2 years in, the only reason I got it is because Asus has abismal customer support and only 2 years of OS updates, both of which matter to me a lot because I like keeping my phone for more than 2 years, but honestly this phone is great on paper, but is over priced and not the best in practice, the Zenfone 8 beats it in a few (yet important) categories: much better battery life, snappier face recognition (actually usable), headphone jack, power brick smaller package, sd expandable. The improvements here are incrimental at the detriment of (in my opinion) essential things, and for twice the price. The only thing really going for it is the software support and the customer support.

The short video is blurry sent through MMS message. I switched back to my old Huawei phone using the same “sim” card, no problem sending through MMS message. So it it is not the carrier problem, but Samsung. There are lot of threads in Google mentioning the same problems with Samsung.I am keeping the phone because it’s a good value.

If your buying this phone it’s probably because you’ve had one before, so no surprises here & it’s as advertised. I triple checked the box, contents and IMEI # and verified that this is in fact a real Samsung and not a knockoff, even tho it’s cheap. Enjoy the savings! This version only has 1 sim card slot tho, and there is no micro usb slot which is super ghetto. But because it supports wireless charging I upped it to 4 stars. It also claims to be water resistant which is how I ended up needing a new phone but I’m not going to deliberately test that feature.
