Solid choice solid price
A solid computer for the money. Everyone who talks down on this either doesnt understand what an average pc is capable of or is spoiled rotten. It runs games like beamng.drive (a notoriously hard game to run) at a stable smooth framerate on low settings. Minecraft runs at 60 fps stable on it. Its played every game ive tried just fine. It can browse well. I/O ports are adaquate. Battery life is alright. Not spectacular but its ok. Lenovo vantage software has a battery cycle tracker with a battery health indicator. It has a great keyboard. The screen is great. The speakers are the best ive ever heard on a laptop. It takes stickers well. Its pretty sweet yo.

Really nice laptop
Really nice laptop, I love working with this product. Very easy to set up and operate. My last Lenovo lasted about 8 years. This new upgrade; the way it feels I think I will get the same performance. The price is very good; you can pay more and not get as much. I did some hard shopping and I bought upgrade stand alone software and all works well. I do not have to pay for any subscriptions. The Cloud One is kind of annoying; I back up on a digital hard drive. I disable Cloud One and have no subscription fee. I would probably use the Cloud One if I could buy it stand alone with out subscription.

Not a true q5.6 inch screen.
They say 15.6 inch screen. This is diagonally not a real 15.6 inch screen. So far ok computer.

A very good machine!
This is a very good laptop with a fast, robust processor! I bough this laptop on sale. My intended purpose was to install Linux as the main OS, and create a Win 11 virtual machine to use during the few times when I require Windows. The VM worked well but the software I was using had instability issues. I ended up just dual-booting Linux and Win 11. All in all, it’s a quality laptop. It boots fast, has plenty of RAM, and a very good Intel i5-1215 processor! I’m happy with it and I would buy it again!

Does NOT support video or power through the USB-C port.
The computer seems high-quality and is fast enough for our use. However, we wanted to use a port replicator to drive an external monitor and peripherals, and discovered the USB-C port does not support power or video. We even purchased two different (expensive) Lenovo docks, and neither worked. So, beware, this is not uncommon with the exception that the HP laptops state they do not support video or power through the USB-C, whereas Lenovo did not mention it anywhere.
