I can’t believe I waited so long! This is so cool. It works very well. & Its simple to use! Download the app, fully charge the ring & wear it ! It’s that easy. Battery lasts all day, or more actually but we charge his when he showers. It monitors heart rate, steps, sleep & more. All this packed into a small nice looking ring. It’s well made & guys him nicely. He didn’t want a watch so I live that he has this now! Great for peace of mind & convenience.

This works great. It was easy to use and set up and charges quickly. It keeps track of heart rate really well and seems to be accurate. I’m also impressed with the style and it fits true to size and doesn’t weigh too much.

Discreet yet accurate…
I’ve had my ring for almost a month now and have found it as accurate as any of the smart/fit watches. It seems to go by standard ring sizing, which is nice as they didn’t say how to choose the correct size; I just chose my normal ring size for the chosen finger. It’s thicker than im used too, seems more inline with a men’s ring in thickness, it took some getting used to. Because of how thick and close to my normal ring size, I have to keep my hands well moisturized or it feels like it’s stuck due to swelling. Keeping my hands well moisturized makes it easier to take it on and off. I usually take it off and charge it while I’m doing dishes (had it once go from 30% (about 3 or 4 days worth of wearing without charging) to 100% during one time washing baby bottles by hand). The ring itself loses its charge really fast but it also charges really fast. The charging box that came with it came fully charged, I still have yet to charge the box, out of the 4 indicator lights I had 3 still lit when I last checked the charge on the box (about a week ago). The app used for accessing the information the ring holds and gathers is indeed free, no ads or anything. The only thing I wish they had was a way to reset your sleep schedule that you have the option of setting during the registration of the ring. I dont recommend setting any sleep schedule as what ever sleep you get outside of that schedule is not tracked. I have worn the ring in the shower, washing hands, doing dishes and it still works (i prefer to not wear it during these times as my hands dry out fast and it gets super itchy under and around the ring), I have not tried swimming with it yet. It is surprisingly durable, with how much i use my hands and accidentally hit things there are only minor scratches on the surface. It is more discreet than the fitness watches, the only downside is you have to download and use the app to view any of the information. The app is easy to use, you can also connect to friends and family if the use the same app/device, so you can keep track of each other from a distance. For example, low/high blood sugar can cause your heart rate to drop, if you have hypertension or blood pressure issues, who ever you connect with in the “Care” tab will be notified/can find out if there’s issues and help you get help and you can do the same for them. Every time you open the app, it syncs with the ring. You also have the option of syncing/refreshing the information individually or as a whole straight from the app.

It shocked me!!!
I thought it was going to blow up!!!!!! I bought this ring to try out the fitness ring idea and decide if I like it before upgrading to one of the fancier ones. This started out great….but then quickly started to have drawbacks. Within a month, it would it just wasn’t measuring heart rate or blood pressure. By month 2 it barely tracked my steps. Then today, it shocked me and got EXTREMELY hot!!! I honestly thought it was going to blow up!!!!! I’m going to be getting rid of this as soon as possible. Do not purchase!!!

Seems to be very accurate
I have enjoyed wearing this ring. It tells me my heart rate and keeps tract of my quality of sleep. I got a size 7 which is my normal size and it fits perfect. It has a little charging case which is super cool, it’s easy to charge and was easy to download the app and sync to my phone. This was a great price for fitness ring as well.
