Still waiting to try them out
The phones arrived in great shape as expected. I ordered power supplies for each phone because I read they didn’t come with the phones in other reviews. However, power supplies were included, so I have extra power supplies now. I am still going through the process of porting my phone numbers to my new service provider from the old provider, so I am not able to review operation quality at this time.

No power cord, don’t buy
I could not power this up despite supposedly getting power from the Cat5. Nope, that didn’t power up the phone. I had to order a power supply $14. No instructions, the phone feels cheap. I live on an island without a UPS store so cannot return it. Very disappointed.

Great Phone
Phone was exactly what I was looking for and the “used” phone purchased came in great condition and worked perfectly. This phone is not intended for residential uses, so please be aware before purchasing as it’s not “easy” to setup without technical knowledge. Audio quality is great.

These are commercial POE phones
These phones are powered by POWER OVER ETHERNET – which is what most commercial VOIP environments use. If you need a power supply, any after market 5 volt/3 amp power supply with standard adapter will work. The phone has high quality audio and the built-in bluetooth feature is awesome for handling calls. This phone is not designed for VOIP novice – it’s not overly complicated, but it is a commercial model.

Just a warning that power cords are no longer included with the phone. I went and bought a multi functional power cord that has different wattage options and power tips. Everything that I read said this needed a 5V power cord but the phone worked only on the 3V option.

Sound Quality not great and Bluetooth gimmick
I purchased 60 of these models of phones for our office based on the Bluetooth headset capabilities and speaker quality. The speaker quality is far below what we have come to expect from Poly. The person speaking through the Poly Edge E350 sounds far away and is difficult to pick up unless the person speaks loudly. We also purchased Poly Voyager free 60 Bluetooth headsets to use with these phones, only to find out the Bluetooth connection only works if you plug in a USB Bluetooth dongle. These phones are not truly Bluetooth compatible if you need to plug in a Bluetooth dongle for them to work. Otherwise, the phones work great and are very stylish.
