Great value
Absolutely love them. I tested them out in the water for three hours prior to even using them with a piece of paper towel. No leaks whatsoever. So took a chance and took him on a scuba trip and had no issues with it. Only issue is that you can’t push the camera when you’re under the water. So you have to just run video the whole time. Which isn’t too bad but you can’t really see a whole lot under the water.

Great on arrival
Did the test upon arrival, and they work great! Love that these are a larger (XL) size so even if you have an extra large phone, you can fit that and other things like a bit of cash, cards, license, etc as weil with ease. Very excited to use these in the pool, at the beach, on vacation. I have another brand and since I have an iPhone pro max (the big screen) I can barely squeeze my phone in there but with these there will be no issues at all.

Awesome for vacation!
These were amazing and so useful on our trip to Maui. The quality is impressive and I was able to take video and pictures underwater! They were totally waterproof and it was also nice knowing that if I dropped my phone it would float.

Works great except no touchscreen usage below the surface
Bought this to use while snorkeling in Hawaii. Loved it – with 2 exceptions.It took great pics & videos UNLESS I tried to start a video or take a pic underwater…then the buttons wouldn’t work. I had to surface, start the video, then go below the surface and hope it kept going. Several times it stopped without me pushing a button so that was very frustrating. I missed some great shots for this reason.The 2nd thing is something I loved/hated. If I’m just walking around. The lanyard length is great. If I want to extend my arms (below water or to take a selfie with my husband) then the lanyard is much too short. I wish it was adjustable. That said, I loved the clip that adjusted so I could tighten it and make it less likely to slip off my head while snorkeling.I trust Pelican products so if I need to buy one again, I will – I trust it to keep my phone safe & dry and that’s exactly what it did for nearly 2 weeks in paradise.

Excellent protection and functionality
The pouch seems well built, with extra padding to protect the phone. My Galaxy S25 fits perfectly. I was able to operate the phone through the pouch. Pictures came out clear (attached). I did the recommended test and submerged it in water in the sink for 20 minutes. The tissue came out dry (picture attached). I do not plan to use it underwater on purpose, so I am confident it will protect my new phone in an unintended water encounter.

Buttons don’t respond when you are completely underwater
A+ for keeping the water out and protecting your iPhone. B- for functionality. If you are completely underwater snorkeling the buttons on the phone don’t respond. If you are above the water then they will. In order to capture the underwater wildlife I put it on slo-mo record and just let it roll for the entire time. The lanyard has a lock on it so be sure to set it before entering the water. If you want to record / photograph underwater your best bet is to get an underwater camera. If you just want to take photos at the pool or on a boat and want to protect your phone than this is a great option.
