    A Dream Fulfilled
I always wanted a brand new Let’s Note but had no way to purchase it. Surprisingly, I found this brand new model being sold on Amazon so I immediately snatched one without any hesitation.Although this model comes with a slightly aged processor and the power efficiency isn’t really comparable with the latest Lunar Lake ones, it’s still capable of getting the most types of work done smoothly without dying out very fast.If you’re a daily Zoomer, you will absolutely love the built-in HD camera–it is not only super clear but also has that distinct Panasonic camera-like color profile baked into it.In case you didn’t know, Let’s notes are well known for their wide range port selections and this model isn’t an exception; It comes with- 2 thunderbolt 4 ports,- 3 USB-A 5Gbps ports with two of them on the right and the other on the left,- 1 ethernet port,- 1 VGA port,- 1 full sized SD card port,- 1 HDMI,- 1 3.5mm headphone jack. While this FV4 slacks the finger print reader, the built-in IR sensor is capable of unlocking the device with Windows Hello even under ultra low light conditions. What I really like about this laptop is its portability and typing experience; The chassis is made out of magnesium alloy, making it quite durable while maintaining a light weight; The keyboard has the same type of feel that you would only find on discontinued Thinkpad T430s.I almost forgot to mention the 3:2 aspect ratio screen. It’s really hard to find one of these nowadays. Actually, the latest Japanese line-ups have abandoned them as well; They have completely moved on to the more mainstream 16:10 ratio. To me, I love having more vertical real-estate than horizontal–they provide better readability for textual contents.Panasonic laptops may not the be the best in performance but they are definitely carefully designed laptops and I really hope Panasonic can make their future laptops more accessible for the customers living outside of Japan.
