Super lightweight and fast laptop. The 16″ screen is a great size — perfect for both travel and work. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the pen. The functions are pretty unreliable: palm rejection doesn’t work properly, the rear click to switch between pen and eraser doesn’t register, and the double tap/hold for right click is inconsistent. Other than that, the laptop itself is excellent. If you travel a lot or need to work on the go, this is definitely a solid choice.

Laptop’s Application “My Gram” has Korean display language
I installed “My Gram” APP through update and review multiple times in the United state region. Every time it installed the application had Korean language as display language. If there is there a way to get this “my gram” application with English display language instead of Korean?I also noticed fn lock key does not function well as well hot key F6 it only works with “my gram” app but the other hot keys work fine.Please and thank you! I would not want to return this laptop.

No replacement for broken screen available from LG
This laptop deserves a 5 star rating, however, I dropped it on a tile floor and the screen went black. LG support does not have replacement screen available for this model. So I am apparently out $2,000.
