Sound is great, comfort not so much
Sound is great, as good as HiFiMan Ananda, a little more relaxed. Unfortunately my head & ears are a little big, so the thin pads are too uncomfortable. I tried after market pads, but the band is just too small, so with the thicker pads to fit my ears, the headphones are tighter on top and can’t seal on the bottom. Really would have loved to keep them…

Its not worth it for the price, compared to focal clear and meze 109 Pro, the Audio technica is just netural and boring tonality nothing really special and would rather go with r70x with better soundstage and fun to listen, save yourself a 1k to just get the r70x or if you wanna spend more for quality build and better sound go with focal or meze.

この価格帯だと音質を取る代わりに重量や装着感が犠牲になる機種が多く、長時間の使用が中々辛い物も多いですが、こいつは断トツで軽く側圧も程よいです。adx5000よりも軽くなっているのも驚きです。ビルドクオリティーも問題なく、adx5000と比べるとハウジング周りやイヤーパッドの素材等、コストカットされている箇所は確かにありますが基本はadx5000と同等で、質実剛健な造りで変な軋みもなくかなりしっかりしています。(ただコストカットするならキャリングケースを削ったほうが…)音質はポップスからオーケストラまで何でもこなせるオールラウンダーな性能を持っています。独特な音の癖も殆どなく、箱だし直後だと高域が金属質な鳴りをしていましたがエージングでその癖も無くなっていきました。ずば抜けて広大な音場や、密閉型のような独特な響きの艶はありませんが、一昔前のad2000xのような高域番長みたいなバランスではなく全ての音域をバランスよく鳴らしてくれます。変に音と音の間がスカスカしていたり他の帯域の邪魔をしてくるような音もなく、特徴があまりないので初見時の感動は薄いかもしれませんが、他のヘッドホンと聞き比べてみるとボーカルの表現力や芯のある低域等、性能の高さをしっかり感じ取れました。装着感の良さは圧倒的で、これだけでもこの機種を選ぶ価値があります。それに加えて低インピーダンスで鳴らしやすく、オールラウンダーな音質を持ったadx3000はこの価格帯だと意外にこれまで無かった機種じゃないかと思いました。

以前adx5000とawktを所持しておりました。adx5000のほうが高音域の音場は広かった気がします。しかしながら3000のほうが全音域がくっきりはっきりになったような気がします。また女性ボーカルがより際立っている(ような気がします)。人によっては3000のほうが合うかも知れませんね。決して5000の廉価版ではありません。awktとは全く異なる音質です。あちらは金属的な高音と柔らかさが際立っています。いずれにせよ3000を聞いた時に「ああ懐かしい我が家に帰ってきたなあ」と感慨無量になりました。オーテク好きの方にはこの感覚分かると思います。ただし唯一心配な点はあります。高音が5000より突き刺さりやすいです。しかしこれは最初だけかも知れません。エージングが進むと変わるかも知れませんね。あと、もうひとつ多分純正のXLRケーブル4万円くらいしますが買ったほうが良いです。低音域が強化されます。
