Huawei shipped a total of 28.6 million units globally, 20.8 million of which were sold in China. IDC reports that the company is actively pursuing strategies to broaden its international footprint.
Xiaomi has carved out the #2 spot, experiencing the fastest growth among the top five manufacturers. The company shipped 27.9 million units, driven largely by its affordable models such as the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 and the diverse range of Redmi Watches. Xiaomi’s stronghold extends beyond China, with a significant presence in Southeast Asia and South America.
On the other hand, Apple ranks #3 globally.
