Works well and isn’t really expensive.
Our daughter wanted a cell phone since she’s staying after school for activities and going to friends parties, and this one was the one we chose. It works great with Tmobile, has the features she wanted, with lot of room to take photos. The battery life is good, but she doesn’t use it constantly. She has a half hour limit per day. She has one app she uses, and it opens quickly as does texting. The phone is nice, it came with a case, and we added a screen protector. It is kind of large, but it works well for her.

Great Value for Dual Sim Phone for Work/Personal
LOOOVE new NUU dual sim option. I was first discouraged with the Amazon ratings less than 80% but I am not sure what people are expecting for a $100 new phone unlocked. I used Tello online and it worked perfectly! I had to email NUU Tech support via Amazon just to figure out why 1 sim was Tello compatible, and the 2nd was not. It was my own error entering the IMEI incorrectly on one of them (off by a number).BEST TIP: CANNNOT USE E-SIM for this phone, NOT COMPATIBLE FOR DUAL NUU A15 MODEL. NEED A PHYSICAL SIM, from anywhere Tello sells them. That was the only hiccup I had.Tello is awesome, you put the zip code and you can get two separate numbers with different state or city. You enter the zip code and it tells you if it’s available or not. This helps you separate your two phone numbers easier.I’m a NUU and Tello fan now.

Outstanding value for the money, so far
Phones show how good they really are over a period of time, and I bought this one 10 days ago. so this review is preliminary. The look is great, the features all work, the camera is decent and comes with most of the bells and whistles, including night mode, and the battery life is OK, if not in any way exceptional. Not so common: the phone is Dual SIM + SD card, with three real spaces on the tray, so memory is vastly expandable, while the phone simultaneously operates on two SIMs.All in all, for just under $120, the phone is an incredible bargain. At a time when a cappuccino can set you back $6, it is close to incredible that such a device can be sold at such a low price.

Customer Service is awful
I purchased this phone a few months a go and it went down and I could not receive calls. I called the 800 supplied by the mfg and got no answer. The recording says to call back when they are open; After several attempts, I found out that they no longer accepting phone contact, only chat. It would have been professional to say so on the recording instead of telling the customer to keep trying. Finally found the chat link and CS was not very helpful. Thy put me thru the ringer, trying to avoid a warranty return. After several emails and complaining, the reluctantly agreed to look at the phone. But the customer has to pay return postage. I would think under the 1 yr warranty, if the product is defective, the mfg should not be so petty as to not pay return postage. To summary … I need to purchase a new phone now as I need the communication for medical reasons and the turn around will be weeks. Obviously, I will NOT purchase this brand again. P.S. Amazon was not helpful in this issue, and turned a blind eye when I requested assistance. — not good !!

GREAT VALUE FOUND.
What a great phone. Only $109 and it compares to my phone that I paid over $400 for. Has 128 GB memory, takes wonderful pictures and accept all my apps being transferred through Google and contacts automatically. Love it and highly recommend it. AL TILLEY 😉

Not tech savvy? Not so good.
This is a really good phone. But not being tech savvy presents problems.Am sure this phone is ok, but like all new things, it takes time. And, ya gottajump thru lots of hoops to get everything up n running efficiently. Whichis why I gave this product only 3 stars. Also, when I attempted to connect with NUU, they couldn’t help, simply becauseI purchased this item from Amazon, instead of the NUU company! How insipid is that!?!?Anyway, like I indicated, technology can be a blessing, or it can be a curse.Good luck people.
