SO GOOD (even for bass music!)
My favorite headphones for doing things in.I forget I’m wearing these. They’re so comfy and actually do have quite a bit of bass. Even the deep sub-bass in deep house is still there. I can’t even believe that I can listen to the very bass focused music I like with these. They’re missing that bit of growl that super deep bass has. These are definitely not as thick or rich sounding, can even be a little sharper sounding than the Bose QC 35 ii I have. To be expected. These sound more like standing in a really big room listening to music. You’re not close to the music but it feels expansive and light especially since you can feel and hear your surroundings and you don’t feel plugged up by over the ear headphones or earbuds. (They don’t give the sound of an echo but some things feel like the sound is coming from all around you, which is delightful. You can turn on the EQ to”3D surround” and that’s kind of echo-y and even more surrounding you, though I don’t prefer that setting.)Before these I was practically living in my Bose QC 35 ii over ear headphones and now I’m not often tempted to put the Bose on.Bought them for audiobooks, stayed for music.I even thought that I love to live in noise cancelling every minute of my day, but it turns out that when ambient sound isn’t distorted by earbuds and I have lovely music or books perfectly and comfortably in my ears, I prefer these to noise cancelling. I am a person who is quite irritated by bad sounds (dishes clanking, my electric toothbrush, cars driving, etc). I thought I liked that disconnected feeling you can get listening in noise cancelling, but it turns out that it’s really nice to feel more in the real world while I listen to things.I can also put the sound to a level where I have some background beats/tunes and still listen to birds and the river. So lovely. They’ve been on many walks and hikes. I’ve jogged a bit with them in, washed dishes, put shirts over my head, and put on glasses and masks and hats. They haven’t fallen out once.I was concerned that a lot of these type can’t be turned on without their case so I’d always have to bring the case. Nope. It seems that it will stay in standby mode even if when it’s not connected to anything for hours, and will still be on and ready to go when I reconnect the device (phone usually or my garmin watch).I have worn them literally all day most days since I’ve received them. The battery easily lasts the day, though sometimes I am not sending sound through them. Most of the time I’m on multiple hour calls and listening to music or audiobooks constantly, and only charging while I sleep. People report that my mic sounds very good. There are a few YouTube videos about this, if you’re interested. My ears were a little bit sore on day 1 and 2 but I think it was because I was messing with the position and pulling them on and off frequently and incorrectly. It’s worth sliding them up the ear before you take them on and actually putting them on up there before sliding them in place. You’ll get used to it quickly and it’s easy to find the sweet spot in your ear that sounds best and then just always put them there. They feel really light once you have them on.I have had 2 pairs of bone conduction headphones (one was the Shockz open move) that were so hard to wear with a hat, sunglasses, and a mask. Even without all the other stuff near my ears, I would always need to reposition those. These are just chilling there in place, not pushing my ears outward like the shockz. I’m pretty sure these also sound quite a bit better, and still sound great when they’re not positioned perfectly.

Great budget earbuds
Great budget open earbuds. If you’re looking for cheap ear buds these are it. The sound is up there with many top name bands. Bass is my number one feature I look for. I get nervous when I buy low end earbuds. i want them to have good sound. Being open ear you can set these on a comfortable listening level and still hear and have a normal conversation. Without sounding like a soup can. The clear semi see through is what drew my eyes to them. Looks very nice. Light weight barely notice them. Sometimes a little ear irritation, after a little adjustment I’m back in the game. These also can handle calls like a champ. Very clear and no one has trouble with my voice and I can hear them very clear. So if you’re active or always listen to music. These are a great choice.

Solid ear buds which will give a great experience with some manual tweaking.
AUDIO (base tuning): 2.5AUDIO (with manual EQ tuning): 3.5These little things impressed me when I first put them on (after figuring out a good position). Initially they were underwhelming, but once I found the best position on my ears the audio was crisp and clear. Bass highly lacked, but with these being open-ear ear buds that is to be expected. So, definitely not a bass-head type of ear bud. However, after spending some time to tweak the ear buds to a custom profile, I can say I am thoroughly impressed with the audio output capabilities of these ear buds. While the bass is no beats audio, I have reached a signature balance that brings a very cinematic audio feel to movies and other content. If I were to compare I would put the audio experience just below the Sony WF1000xm4 (which I have as well), minus the additional bass. Mids and highs are very close though.Software: 4Does not give as many options to tweak the earbuds, but there really is not much to these earbuds aside from EQ and device connections. The EQ is very simplistic and easy tweak to the users sound profile preference.Comfort: 4.3The earbuds do clamp a bit tight to my ears as it appears to do with a lot of people and when it comes to the main reason for me purchasing them (side sleeping buds) they are not a home run per se. They do a decent job but the ear of the side you end to sleep on does feel a little sore in the morning and in my case I took off that ear bud in my sleep at some point.Battery: 6Holy cow! The battery of these tiny little thing are amazing. 10 hours easily before any charge is needed. Very impressive! None of my Sony’s or Samsungs come close to this… AT ALL.One more thing to note would be that there is very audible audio heard from these things when you are next to someone. So, if you plan to get these things for a plane ride then I would recommend a pass and instead purchasing a closed-back ear bud… Or, if you turn the volume down A LOT then you might not annoy the person you are sitting next to.Bluetooth: 5So far these things have put the bluetooth of my other wireless ear buds to shame. It has kept bluetooth connection where my other ear buds have failed.Final rating: 4.22Great ear buds. Comfortable, with the ability to wear them all day AND has a battery capable to make them last all day. Takes some tweaking to bring out their potential but once you find that sweet spot these little buds sing.

Great sound quality. The sound is clear, loud, and it drowns the background outside noise but you can still hear someone if they talk to you directly, cars, horns, and alarms but it doesnt affect the music quality youre listening to. It feels very light on my ears you’ll forget youre wearing them. The body is not metal but i dont mind it at all. I got it on sale one of my best purchase because of the price and quality. I can’t recommend it enough you need to try it to believe it. Soundcore by Anker is a good brand i have their other audio accesories so I trust them.
