Absolutely love this little port, anything you connect to the USB directly ties into your computer automatically.I have a MacBook Pro and the MacBook Pro comes with two USB-C ports on the side of it but one of them stopped working, so I quickly bought this and was amazing about it is that it has a specific USB made to charge your computer while the adapter is already plugged into your computer, which is great.It really helps organize all the wires that I have.It has four USB ports, two USB-C ports, HDMI port, and 2 like different size SD-Card ports (I think that’s what it’s called.It’s compact, and works right away – ALSO comes with Lifetime warranty when you activate the warranty within 3 days! Which is great, the customer support for the company reaches out to you quickly within 24 hours

External USB Hard Drives Lose Connection On Reboot (REVISED)
This hub is perfect in nearly every way. Sharp looking design. Plenty of ports and connection types. I have one serious quibble with it that forces me to give it 3 stars instead of 5 and that is that external hard drives connected to the hub do not reconnect to my computer (a Mac Mini M4, in this case). Instead, the green light on the hub flashes until I unplug one of my external drives from it and then reconnect it. Then all of my external USB hard drives connect where none of them would before. I haven’t found a fix or workaround to this issue. If I cannot, I’ll likely have to look for another hub solution that doesn’t have this issue. A huge miss for an otherwise outstanding product.UPDATE: After posting my initial review, the team at intpw reached out to me, expressing concern that I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my purchase and saying they wanted to make it right. After working out with their technical leads that I was going to need a powered hub, I was appreciative and figured that would be the end of it. But it was not. The fine folks at intpw weren’t satisfied with just diagnosing my problem. They took it another ten steps forward and offered to provide me with a powered hub that would meet my needs. Up until I actually received the hub from them, I was skeptical that they would actually follow through. But they did, and the replacement hub they sent me (moswl #B0DT6Z3R4F) works absolutely perfectly! No more stalled out external hard drives, even upon a reboot of my system. I couldn’t be happier. It’s refreshing in this day and age to encounter a company that stands by their products and values their customers so strongly and passionately. It’s sadly a rarity anymore, but intpw does it with enthusiasm and sincerity and have made me customer for life. Thank you!

Sturdy and well designed………..it just works!
This USB power distributor was easy to set up on my Mac. It has all the connections that one might need to run various cabled PC accessories. I felt that it was a quality build out of extruded aluminum. The finish is impressive as well. My Mac immediately recognized the product and began communicating immediately upon plugging it into my Mac Mini. I also plug in a mic that my wife uses for Zoom meetings. It worked great. I particularly like the slanted ergonomic design. When plugging in devices, it doesn’t float all over the place like most all of the linear designed devices do. I would highly recommend that you consider this item.

I wish I had discovered this product years ago
My PC only has one USB port, so I have always had to disconnect the mouse and to use an SD card reader. I now can use my SD card, my mouse, and an external hard drive at the same time. It is not only a great time saver, but a versatile tool that is worth the cost. Working with various media/connections is a now an easy and efficient process.

Power Delivery works flawlessly, and it doesn’t overheat under normal use.The only real downside? If you’re writing a large file or ISO to a USB stick, it can be 3x slower compared to using your computer’s native USB port.Heads up: You only have 3 days to apply for the lifetime warranty. I missed that and applied a month later—I’ve contacted support, so let’s see if they get back to me with good news.Bottom line: Excellent hub for daily use, just not ideal for big file writes—and don’t sleep on that warranty window.

Tengo 2 laptops, una es Lenovo y la otra Hp. Pense que era un dispositivo generico pero No.En la Lenovo, funciono bien después de actualizar la laptop, por 3 veces.En la HP. solo funciona con lo que le conecto al usb pero NO con el HDMI.Trate de tener soporte en su pagina de intpw.com pero la verdad es malísima.no lo recomiendo al 100, pensé que tendría mejor funcionalidad y soporte por si se necesitaba algún controlador para su buena funcionalidad.Así mismo no viene con un cargador de corriend para el int-power .De igual forma use el cargador de corriente para lenovo y funciono bien pero igual par HPNO funciono.
