Durable, stable, high quality!
It is taking some getting used to, to understand the controls. But overall this item is high quality! The video quality is awesome, I’ve only charged it once since I got it. The battery life is amazing. It has a comfortable grip. The stand works outstanding. I video a lot of moving cars and the stability of the video is one of the main reasons I bought it and it really works great for me! I like the look, not some crazy big contraption for me to carry around. Thank you DJI 📸 picture is a rolling vehicle passing by me at an drag racing event. 5 star!

Practically Magic!
I’m on Day-One with this product, but so far, I’m amazed. There’s a brief learning curve learning all the functions that the small number of overloaded buttons perform, but I think that after a few uses, I’ll hardly give it a thought. You do have to download the DJI app to take advantage of most of the features – that was no issue other than on first install, it went into “sleep” mode and said to tap the screen to wake it up… tapping would do nothing, but restarting the freshly-installed app seems to have fixed that little mishap. I also had to look-up which button to press to re-center it. The motors aren’t super powerful, so just make sure you’ve mounted your phone in the center… and that the phone is oriented correctly in the harness (camera to the correct side). I use it with an iPhone 16 Pro. The phone’s built-in magnet mount wasn’t strong enough, but the mount included with the DJI is plenty powerful. At first, I didn’t think the mount would fit my phone, but with a little spring-force, it fits just fine (But I can’t imagine it fitting on the 16 Pro Max???) It also fits with my one-sided case attached… just got to fully extend it and give it a little effort. I was also concerned the mount was going to be pressing the side buttons, but somehow it does not.The stabilization is amazing. The tracking is amazing. The thumb-joystick is cool. The ability to power zoom while recording is next-to-amazing (on the iPhone 16 Pro there’s a tiny hiccup when it switches between the lenses, but it works better than I would have expected).I didn’t really even know this product existed until an hour before I bought it. I was just shopping for a cheap phone tripod/holder and a hand-grip… this product obviously gives a TON more than those two items for about the same price! (Unless you’re comparing it to the cheapest grips).If it continues to perform as my first day tests… I can’t give it a high enough recommendation for anyone who wants their phone video to truly step up to near-professional results.I can’t wait to show this at our next Photography Club meeting!UPDATE: I gave it a more thorough work-out the next day and my amazement only grew! I recorded video while my wife drove our stiff-suspension golf cart through a rough construction zone, the video came out almost perfectly smooth. Extremely impressive!

Excellent Stabilizer with Smart Extra Features
The DJI Osmo Mobile 7 is absolutely wonderful and very useful for recording. The stabilization is smooth and makes a huge difference when shooting videos on my phone. I really like that the built-in tripod legs can also serve as an extendable handle, which adds flexibility when filming.Another great feature is the battery — not only does it last long, but it can also be used to charge your phone almost like an emergency power bank. The only drawback is that using it this way limits your movement because of the cable, but it’s still a very handy option to have.Overall, it has been a great experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants professional-looking videos from their phone.

Great for recording memories with a better appeal
First of all i recieved the box opened, it seems rare, after opened it i found the gimbal, the cellphone clamp but missing the usb cable (luckily i have a extra couple of those cables)and the storage pouch, besides that it seems to be working properly and im enjoying it, it was easy to set up, specially if youre familiar with other dji products. The battery life is durable, it will give a good amount of hours to play around and is also cool that can charge your phone. Also a cool feature is the auto tracking feature. Cool that has a tripod included. The material that is made of feels good and sturdy, not cheap. The good thing is that isnt heavy and very compact and be carried around easily specially when you’re traveling. Its compatible with most of smartphones and highly recommended if youre looking to create a better quality of videos, not only for content creators but recording memories with a better appeal knowing it will age well in time.

My son uses this for taking pictures and video. He thinks it’s awesome. It works for filmmaking, content creation, personal use, stable footage, and more. The auto tracking is amazing. Although very rarely it can be a little bit slow. Overall, he would recommend this to anyone.

Great Features, But Critical Flaw Forces Return
I really wanted to love the DJI Osmo Mobile 7, and in many ways, it’s an excellent product. It offers fantastic build quality (solid and durable), the companion app is full of useful, well-thought-out features (tracking, different modes), and it is surprisingly easy to set up and use right out of the box. Considering the feature set, the price point seems very reasonable.However, there is one major, deal-breaking issue: the stabilization isn’t smooth.Despite being packed with technology, the video frequently shows irritating, sudden jitters or minor stutters, especially during slow pans or tracking shots. This completely defeats the purpose of buying a professional gimbal. I tried all the calibration options and different modes, but the random, jarring movements persisted.Ultimately, I am returning the Osmo Mobile 7. While the quality and features are great, the core function—smooth video stabilization—is flawed. Hopefully, this can be fixed in a future model or firmware update.
