Who Needs Airflow When You Have Magnet Power?
i ordered these a few years ago so i’m late on my review.for whatever reason, these mounts close my vents when tightening, so you probably won’t be able to feel the breeze on whichever side you mount. still 5 stars for how sturdy they are.however, those metal plate magnets are the main seller. they’re god tier! the magnets are super strong, and will stick to anything. the best part, they give you a full pack! so be creative when using them.i literally put the magnets on all my devices. the round ones can go on the back of a popsocket if that’s your thing. i put 2 magnets on the back of my iPad and made my own carplay lol.highly recommend.

Works well and I have been using this for over a year now. It stays well on the vent and also helps cool your phone if your AC is on which is nice if I am using GPS so my phone doesn’t overheat. Comes with double the parts so you can have two spots for a phone mount in your vehicle or you can have one for another vehicle. Magnets are strong and the product is built well. Small size doesn’t get in the way of things much. Holds my phone securely even over rough roads. I can almost throw my phone at the mount a certain way and it will just stick in place! Getting two of these for this price really gives a good value for the money due to the high quality of the phone holders. Highly recommend.

Really great mounting for Honda S2000 and Honda Insight 2000 models. Fits the vent very snug. Two pack comes with nice magnets and sticks well enough without moving. Great mounting system 2 for the price of one!

These work great but be careful when purchasing. The hook that catches the fin of the air conditioner vent is slightly to short for some cars. I had to modify the tip to get it to work at all. Otherwise, it is an excellent device. If I didn’t have to modify, it would have gotten 5 stars

Grab your phone WITHOUT pulling out the mount!
I wish I found this years earlier. I tried dozens of different devices, and was so fed up with every one of them not staying securely mounted when I would remove my phone from the device. I was just about to give up on the possibility of any device being reliable, and take the risk of just screwing some kind of homemade mount directly into the dashboard. Thankfully, I discovered this brilliantly designed device before taking that drastic undoable step. This is the ONLY device I have found that not only securely holds my phone in place, but also stays in place itself when removing my phone. Without a hook to hold the device in place in an air vent, no magnetic phone holder is going to stay in place under the pull of removing your phone from the magnetic mount. This device does exactly that – it simply and easily hooks onto the rear side of a vent. You just twist to open the length of the hook to its maximum length so you can easily slip the hook through the vent and hook it on the rear of the vent. The twist again in the other direction to tighten it into place. It’s easy to remove by simply twisting again to lengthen the hook enough so you can unhook it and pull it out of the vent. But it is also designed well enough that it does not loosen itself from normal use. Once you install it, no more worries; as long as you put the metal plate on the back of your phone, all you have to do it put your phone on the mount and it stays, and then just grab your phone to remove it, WITHOUT removing the mount! Though it’s simple to remove and re-install the mount in different vehicles, I really love the two-pack so I can put the mounts in different vehicles, without even needing to remove from one vehicle to another, or even place a second mount on the passenger side, so 2 different phones can be mounted when carrying a passenger. I don’t review many products, but this one literally solved a problem for me that was driving me nuts for years. I hope you don’t have to waste so much time and money and frustration with junk mounts like I did before finding this one mount that works!

perfect vent mounts for my Prius…
For non-charging, let me put my Pixel where I can see it, magnetic holders? Perfect. I had a pretty nice dashboard mount, but it left my phone in the sun on long trips and the phone tended to get hot after a while… with the vent mount (mine on a side vent to the left of the steering wheel) the AC keeps the phone cool. Stability is solid, the magnet’s great. If you don’t need charging and you want a vent mount, the price is right.

Doesnt universally fit all cars
This seems like a good product but it did not work in my subaru. My air conditing vent slats were vertical and too thick for the clip to get behind.

I bought this for my dad’s Tacoma for his backup camera screen. Since he doesn’t have a backup camera on his truck, he has a wireless one that you mount the monitor with a suction cup on the windshield but it kept falling,Decided to buy this so we can mount it in the air ducts and this works great. I’m really surprised how strong the magnets are.If you are looking this for your phone well I can confirm it holds easy the backup camera monitor which is quite heavier than a phone.Would buy again !
